Sit with the spine straight with your hands at the heart center.
The Basic Meditation
Fold the thumbs back and hit the sides of your hands together. Flip and hit the other side of the hand together. Har is chanted each time the hands are flipped. About four times in five seconds
To manifest a specific thing you can say: (Be careful what you ask for)
Har Har Car
Har Har Dress
Har Har House.
Keep your eyes at the tip of the nose. If they move around bring them back.
This meditation is for eleven minutes. Do not exceed the time frame.
At the end of the meditation, inhale, exhale lift the hands over the head and shake them for a few seconds.
